yesterday at work i was eating lunch with 4 little friends. 3 boys and 1 girl ages 4-5. one little boy out of the clear blue said, “i’m voting for barack obama”. then the other little boy said something like “i don’t like hillary clinton”. so i asked why the first little boy was voting for obama and he said, “because he is a boy.” and you really can’t argue with that logic. obama is in fact a boy.
i don’t have any exciting news…but i just wanted to post something other than radiohead on here. the most exciting thing is probably that it was crazy sock day at deacon’s mdo today…check out his crazy socks!!! ok, in case you can’t tell, they are blue camo…that is as crazy as we got.
i also shot some video today and yesterday b/c we haven’t had a good deacon movie in a while, but our ‘good’ camera is all broken so we have to use the cheap camera and the film quality is bushly. but, deacon was watching the little clips of video of himself and when he saw a particular 45 second shot of himself playing with a bat he cracked up!!!! i mean laughing out loud, screaming and pointing and belly laughing at himself on the screen. i think i’m going to try and get him to watch it again while i record him with the isight camera so you can see that. it was so funny.
also, our screen saver is on random pictures..and that is fun b/c you get to see pictures that you’ve forgotten about. here are some that i forgot about that are so cute…
he was so little!!!!
That is the funniest thing I heard all day. Remind me to tell you what one of my ESL kids said about erosion.
