You will be able to have intelligent conversations with them. They are more independent. I taught 5th grade for 3 years. I absolutely loved it. The only thing you have to worry about is their hormones by December! =) HAHAHAH They will begin to be so boy and girl crazy…it’s very funny. Don’t worry, the meetings never stop. They just keep coming. I guess it’s a teacher thing. I am so ready for this first week to be over. I’m so tired! Congrats on this job.

We too are praying we can start the process in the fall/winter. Please LORD! Anyway, Silas may already be 2 by then I guess… BUT, we asked Mary about it and she said that the rule doesn’t apply to adopted families… just 6 months is what you have to wait to start the process. :) Unless there is ANOTHER new rule…. I think that is it.

Just what if we are on our 2nd adoption at the same time too? That would be loco Mrs. Faulkner, loco. :)
